This Privacy Policy explains how Svachet AI Solutions ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use Kitna.
2. Information we collect
Account details (name, email, organisation); engineering drawings and files you upload; the estimates and quotes you generate; and the usage and device data needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use information
To provide and improve the Service, generate cost estimates, process payments, communicate with you, maintain security, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
4. AI processing
Drawings and related inputs are processed by AI models to produce cost estimates. Where you have not opted out, anonymised drawings and outputs may be used to improve our models and the Service. You can change this preference in your workspace settings.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service — including our payment partner (Razorpay), cloud hosting and storage, and email delivery — under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your data.
6. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. On account deletion, content is removed per our retention schedule; invoices are retained as required by law.
7. Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed credentials and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, subject to legal limits. Contact us to exercise these rights.
9. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
