1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Kitna ("the Service"), operated by Svachet AI Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Kitna provides AI-assisted should-cost estimation for manufactured parts from engineering drawings, together with quoting tools. Estimates are advisory and provided for decision support; they are not a guarantee of actual cost or selling price.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorised to act on behalf of any business workspace you create or join.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, disrupt it, attempt to reverse-engineer it, upload unlawful content, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
5. Plans, billing & taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment partner, Razorpay. Prices are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), which are added at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Analysis quota resets on a rolling 30-day cycle.
6. Credits, overage & packs
Each analysis consumes quota credits. Paid plans may incur pay-as-you-go overage charges; eligible plans may purchase one-time analysis credit packs, which expire as stated at purchase.
7. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel at any time. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and content, is owned by Svachet AI Solutions. Drawings and data you upload remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of estimates.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and retention practices.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
