1. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual) through our payment partner, Razorpay.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.
3. Refunds
On cancellation, we issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the current subscription period, after first deducting any outstanding pay-as-you-go overage charges. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
4. Analysis credit packs
One-time analysis credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Unused pack credits expire as stated at the time of purchase.
5. Free tier
Free plans involve no payment, and therefore no refund applies.
6. How to request
Email support.kitna@gmail.com from your registered address with your workspace name and the charge in question. We respond within 1–2 business days.
